Sugar alcohols

Polyols made from the corresponding monosaccharides by certain methods, common sugar alcohols include sorbitol, mannitol, erythritol, maltitol, lactitol, xylitol, etc., which usually have the characteristics of sweetness, lower heat than sucrose, and do not raise blood sugarSweetener: Food additives that can give sweetness to food and beverages.


Starch sugar

Glucose

Luo Han Guo sweet glucoside

Also called Luo Han Guo sweet glucoside, is a sweet component extracted from Luo Han Guo, a specialty product of Guangxi, China, whose sweetness is generally 200-300 times that of sucrose, with very low calories.


Stevioside

A glycoside extracted from the leaves of Stevia rebaudiana, whose sweetness is 200-300 times that of sucrose. -300 times sweeter than sucrose, with very low calories.


Lepidoside

One of the components of stevioside, including Lepidoside A, Lepidoside D, Lepidoside E, Lepidoside M and other subdivided types, with excellent characteristics such as high sweetness and no bitterness after containing stevioside.
